Lisa Hyatt

Lisa Hyatt serves as the Programme Lead for NMC-approved courses at the University of Portsmouth, overseeing the Pre-registration Nursing and Prescribing for Nurses programs, and holds the role of NMC Official Correspondent. With experience as a Senior Teaching Fellow and Course Lead for various nursing programs, Lisa focuses on topics such as service and quality improvement in healthcare, patient safety, and evidence-based practice. Additionally, Lisa has held key positions as Research Quality and Safety Manager at Solent NHS Trust and various nursing roles at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust. An academic with multiple qualifications, including a Level 7 Academic Professional Apprenticeship and a PGCert in Higher Education, Lisa is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and engages actively in technology-enhanced and blended learning initiatives.
