Stephen Corbett

Steve Corbett currently serves as the Interim Executive Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Portsmouth, a position held since July 2014, along with various roles including Head of School for multiple departments. With experience as a Project Lead at The Education and Training Foundation from March 2017 to May 2023, Steve worked on initiatives such as the New to Senior Leadership Programme and served as the National ITE Delivery Lead. Previous leadership experience includes heading a department at The Isle of Wight College. Steve holds a Doctor of Business Administration, an MSc in Education and Training Management, a BA (Hons) in Business & Management, and a Cert Ed in Post Compulsory Education, demonstrating a strong academic background in business administration, educational leadership, and accounting.
