Henry Boateng

Henry Boateng, Ph.D, is a seasoned academic and consultant specializing in knowledge management, research, and ethics. Currently serving as the Director of the Institutional Review Board and Director of Institutional Research at D'Youville University since December 2020, Henry also holds positions as an Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney and as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Ghana, where contributions include teaching courses on Global Perspectives on Corporate Responsibility and Ethics, as well as Global Strategic Management. Additionally, as a Visiting Professor at the University of Professional Studies, Accra, course development and assessment for Doctoral students in Service Leadership Strategy are key responsibilities. Previous experience includes roles as a Knowledge Management Consultant since 2013, a Data Analyst at HENCEL Consult, and a Research Assistant at the University of Sydney Business School. Henry Boateng earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Knowledge Management from the University of Technology Sydney between 2015 and 2018.
