Steve Dewhurst

Steve Dewhurst is the Interim Vice President for Research & Chief Research Officer at University of Rochester. Steve has served in this role since January 2007. Prior to that, they were the Senior Associate Dean for Basic Research at University of Rochester Medical Center from January 2007 to December 2009. Steve has also held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University from January 1988 to December 1990 and at Columbia University from January 1987 to December 1988.

Steve Dewhurst has a Ph.D. in Pathology and Microbiology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and a B.Sc. in Cellular Pathology from the University of Bristol.
