Virginia Lam

Virginia Lam, PhD, serves as Associate Editor for the journal Social Development and holds multiple academic roles, including External Examiner at the University of Greenwich and University of Liverpool, and Senior Lecturer/Programme Convenor at the University of Roehampton, where responsibilities include co-convening BPS-accredited MSc Psychology programmes and supervising research at various academic levels. Virginia contributes to education materials and consultancy projects with Essex County Fire and Rescue Service and REC Parenting, focusing on important societal issues. Previously a university lecturer at the University of East London and an associate lecturer at The Open University, Virginia has extensive teaching experience and was involved in significant research projects, including a principal investigator role for an ESRC-funded study on bilingualism.
