Simeon Iliev

Simeon Iliev is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and the engineering sector. Currently serving as Vice Dean and Associate Professor at the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev" since July 2015, Simeon Iliev has been actively involved in leading student exercises and conducting research since February 2011. Prior to academia, Simeon Iliev held various positions, including Commercial Director at Inter Bravo OOD (2007-2010), Chief of Department at Ziraf OOD (2004-2007), and Constructor at Rousse Shipyard J. S. C (2001-2004). Early career experience includes a role as a Research Worker at the University of Ruse (1996-2001). Simeon Iliev holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Internal Combustion Engines from the University of Ruse (1991-1996) and completed studies as a Mechanic of Ship Engines and Mechanisms at Technical School "Anton Ivanov" (1987-1991).
