Cesarina Thompson

Cesarina Thompson currently serves as the Interim Dean of the School of Interdisciplinary Health & Science at the University of Saint Joseph, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Cesarina held the role of Dean at the University of Hartford from July 2018 to July 2025 and served as Dean at American International College from July 2012 to June 2018. Cesarina's earlier experience includes a tenure as a full professor in the Department of Nursing at Southern Connecticut State University, where service extended from September 1986 to July 2012, along with roles as Interim Associate Dean in both the School of Graduate Studies and the School of Health & Human Services, and Chairperson of the Department of Nursing. Cesarina Thompson holds a PhD in Adult Education and a Master's degree in Nursing Education from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Bridgeport.
