Michelle Carmitchel

Michelle Carmitchel currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Saint Mary, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway / Penn National Gaming, including Human Resources Business Partner and Training Specialist. In these positions, Michelle focused on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Prior experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Great Wolf Lodge, overseeing a wide range of HR functions, and managing the Aquatics department. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Kansas.
