Joan S. Largo

Attorney Largo is the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs of the University of San Carlos beginning January 2021. She is a resident partner of the Cebu office of the law firm Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & De Los Ange es, and is also a law professor of the USC School of Law where she teaches Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Political Law Review, Torts and Damages, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Appellate Law Practice, and Trial Techniques.
