Pamelle Gallardo

Pamelle Gallardo, RPm, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MyPass Global since January 2024, operating in a supervisory capacity. Concurrently, Pamelle is an Assistant Instructor at the University of San Carlos, teaching Industrial-Organizational Psychology in both undergraduate and graduate programs. Previous experience includes several roles in human resources, such as Human Resources Supervisor at CallTek and Global Tykon Construction and Development Corp., and various positions at Centruni BPOS and Bluewater Resorts. Pamelle began her career in human resources as a Working Scholar at the University of San Carlos and has also completed internships at Radisson Blu. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos.
