Andy Drotos

Andy Drotos, Ph.D., is an experienced education industry leader with a strong background in professional and continuing education. Currently serving as the Director of Professional and Public Programs at the University of San Diego since November 2018, Andy oversees business, education, and public program initiatives, focusing on course development, student recruitment, and fiscal management. Previous roles include Manager of Student and Academic Services at Arizona State University and Executive Dean for the College of Education at the University of Phoenix, where responsibilities encompassed growth strategies, P&L management, and academic program oversight. Andy's extensive experience also includes positions as Program Dean, Regional Assistant Dean, Assistant Dean, and Campus Manager at the University of Phoenix, in addition to an analytics role at Allied Signal Aerospace Company.
