Joseph C. Anfuso

Joseph C. Anfuso is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and development. Since August 2020, Anfuso has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego, teaching Commercial Real Estate Finance & Investment. Concurrently, Anfuso has been the Chief Financial Officer at MG Properties Group since February 2015. Prior roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer and Development Director for ColRich Communities, Chief Financial Officer for Highland Fairview Company, and President/Chief Executive Officer for Florsheim Homes. Anfuso's early career included positions such as Director of Finance at Shea Homes and Chief Financial Officer at S&C Company, Inc. Anfuso holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
