Scott Anders

Scott Anders has extensive experience in energy policy and program management, currently serving as the Director of the Energy Policy Initiatives Center at the University of San Diego since October 2005, where over $10 million has been raised for various projects. Prior to this role, Scott held key positions at the California Center for Sustainable Energy, including Director of Policy and Planning and Director of Programs, overseeing significant budgets and regulatory communications. Early career experience includes serving as State Program Director at the Center for a Sustainable Economy, focusing on environmental tax policy, and as a volunteer with the US Peace Corps. Scott holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Muhlenberg College.
