Troy Gardner

Troy Gardner, MSE, serves as the Head Football Equipment Manager at the University of San Diego since July 2023, after previously completing an internship as Assistant Equipment Manager. In addition to this role, Troy has been the Lead Stadium Work Crew for PSQ Productions and has worked as CSC Event Security while managing stadium operations for World Lacrosse. Past experience includes an extensive military career in various roles within the United States Marine Corps, where significant responsibilities included aircraft maintenance, logistics management, and team leadership. Troy also held equipment management internships with Seattle Sounders FC, Swope Park Rangers, and Sporting Kansas City. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Sports Management from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Park University.
