Erica Delgado

Erica Delgado currently serves as the Director of Admission, Transfer and Campus Engagement at the University of San Francisco, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Erica held the role of Director of Transfer Admission at the University of the Pacific from December 2019 to April 2023, and prior to that, worked in various roles including Marketing Coordinator at Woodside Homes and Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment and Admissions at the University of the Pacific. Erica's extensive experience in international education includes serving as an International Student Advisor and Field Marketing Senior Coordinator at Intrax, where responsibilities encompassed managing immigration compliance and leading recruitment strategies across multiple locations. Erica started career endeavors as a Marketing Assistant at Turner Construction and has a background in research and event coordination, highlighted by significant contributions to nonprofit fundraising initiatives. Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies from UCLA and participated in an Education Abroad Program at East China Normal University.
