Julia Rogers

Julia Rogers is currently a Master's student in Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy) at the University of San Francisco, beginning in 2024. Prior to this, Julia served as a Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Specialist at Procore Technologies from June 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included spearheading contractor onboarding, managing service desks, researching KPIs for an internship program, supporting applicant tracking system changes, and contributing to the creation of an employee experience eBook. Earlier experience includes internships in talent communications at ServiceNow, executive recruitment at Egon Zehnder, and student liaison roles in various organizations, demonstrating a strong foundation in employee engagement, recruitment, and team collaboration. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pomona College and has actively participated in community-focused initiatives and projects throughout the educational journey.
