Bob Bayles

Bob Bayles, MBA, MEd, FCPHR, serves as the Deputy Director of Business Services, CFO, and CHRO at Prairie Spirit School Division, where responsibilities include overseeing educational services for 12,000 students across 44 schools. Additionally, Bob Bayles is a Senior Leader, Graduate Professor, Author, Speaker, Coach, Workplace Investigator, and Researcher, engaged with the University of Saskatchewan since 2011, teaching various graduate courses in Human Resources Management and Educational Finance. Previous roles include instructing at the University of Alberta and serving as Director of Human Resources at the University of Saskatchewan. Bob Bayles is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan and holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications in areas related to human resources and management.
