Elizabeth Duret, CPHR, is a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at the University of Saskatchewan since April 2015, focusing on advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous engagement strategies. In this role, Elizabeth researches Indigenous employment systems, participates in selection committees to ensure inclusive hiring practices, and designs Unconscious Bias Training. Previously, from April 2005 to March 2015, Elizabeth served as a Diversity/Representative Workforce Consultant at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, advising leaders on strategies to support Aboriginal inclusion and contributing to key policy developments. Earlier in the career, Elizabeth worked as a Probation Officer in the Department of Corrections and Public Safety from 1995 to 2005, managing community corrections for offenders.
