Rana Mustafa, Ph.D., currently serves as a Research Facilitator at the University of Saskatchewan, providing operational and strategic support to faculty and enhancing research collaboration. As the Owner and Founder of Grow Strong Coaching and a Positive Intelligence PQ Coach, Rana specializes in resilience and leadership coaching. Previous experience includes roles as a Food Scientist and Business and Innovation Lead at the Global Institute for Food Security, where Rana assessed technology readiness for agri-food SMEs, and as a Research Specialist for the Government of Saskatchewan, managing multiple value-added research projects. Rana has also contributed academically as a Consulting Foreign Expert at Jinan University and held various positions at the University of Saskatchewan, securing over $800K in funding through numerous grant proposals. Education includes a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Food Biotechnology and Processing from Universite de Lorraine and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Jami't Al-Ba'ath.
