Victoria Castellanos

Victoria Castellanos is currently the Dean of the Panuska College of Professional Studies at the University of Scranton. Victoria has been in this role since 2022. Prior to their current position, they were an Associate Dean and Associate Professor at Florida International University from August 1996 to June 2012. In this role, they were responsible for dietetics and nutrition research, as well as nutrition and aging. From January 1993 to December 2011, they worked as a Registered Dietitian for the American Dietetic Association. In this role, they were responsible for dietetics and nutrition research, as well as nutrition and aging.

Victoria Castellanos has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Dietitian from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Doctor of Philosophy in Dietetics/Dietitian from the University of California, Davis.

They are on a team with Jean Lenville - Associate Dean, Library, David E. Marx - Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, and David J. Dzurec - Associate Dean, College of Arts & Sciences (2022). Victoria Castellanos reports to Jeff Gingerich, Provost & SVP for Academic Affairs.
