Hao Wang is a Professor at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology since August 2020, following a significant tenure as a Research Associate at the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, from September 2009 to July 2020, where expertise in atomistic simulations, defect behavior in metals and alloys, and high performance computing was developed. Prior to this, Hao Wang served as a Research Assistant focusing on atomistic simulations and completed a postdoctoral position at Grenoble INP - UGA, specializing in materials computation from September 2010 to August 2011. Educationally, Hao Wang earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor's Degree in Condensed Matter Physics and Magnetism from Nanjing University.
