Mary Butler

Mary Butler is an accomplished professional in the field of occupational therapy, currently serving as a Professor at the University of South Australia since May 2022, and as a Clinical/Team Lead at Develop Occupational Therapy since February 2022. Prior roles include professorships at the University of Adelaide and Otago Polytechnic, where Mary was also the Master of Occupational Therapy Coordinator. With experience as a clinical tutor at the University of Otago and as a research fellow focusing on disability after injury, Mary combines extensive education with practical application in the field. Academic qualifications include an MA in Anthropology, a Doctor of Philosophy in Care Ethics and Brain Injury, and a BA (Hons) in Archaeology and Folklore from esteemed institutions.
