Roland K. Yeo

Roland K. Yeo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Leadership and Executive Development at NEOM since October 2024, Yeo has held significant roles at Saudi Aramco, including Head of Talent Management & Development and Organizational Performance Advisor.
