Cathy Donnelly

Cathy Donnelly, ACC, is the Assistant Director of Organizational Development at the University of South Carolina since July 2024. Prior to this role, Cathy served as Director of People, Talent, and Culture at Domtar, where responsibilities included designing, implementing, and managing talent strategies while leading a team focused on fostering a thriving culture with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Talent Development and Senior Specialist in Learning and Development at Domtar, Manager of Talent Development at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, and Senior Talent Development Manager at ACO Polymer Products, Inc. Cathy's career began at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where contributions spanned hotel operations and human resource initiatives. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Northern Arizona University.
