Courtney Ober

Courtney Ober, MSW, LMSW, is currently a PhD student and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina, specializing in school mental health programs and positive youth development. With diverse experience in social work, Courtney served as a School Social Work Intern at Morris School District, providing counseling to second-grade students, and completed multiple internships focusing on family support and community engagement. Additionally, Courtney founded a remote learning environment for first graders during the pandemic and held various tutoring and teaching positions throughout educational settings. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social Work from the University of South Carolina, an MSW from New York University, and a BSW from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
