Erin Mullen

Erin Mullen is an accomplished professional in experiential education and employer relations with extensive experience in higher education settings. Currently serving as the Manager of Employer Development and Experiential Education Initiatives and previously as Sr. Associate Director at the University of South Carolina, Erin has successfully led teams, developed strategic programs, and established key employer relationships to enhance student employment and educational opportunities. With a strong background in career counseling and program coordination from previous roles at Penn State University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Erin has consistently focused on fostering experiential learning and career readiness for students. Educated with a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from SUNY Cortland, Erin combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in the field.
