Mark Tabor

Mark Tabor has extensive experience in financial systems and software consulting, currently serving as Program Manager in the Controller’s Office Reporting at the University of South Carolina since March 2022. Mark also holds the position of COO at Palmetto Enterprise Solutions, Inc. since May 2001, specializing in Oracle's PeopleSoft suite of ERP solutions. Previous roles include Financial Lead for various institutions such as the University of South Carolina and Florida International University, where Mark led significant implementation and integration projects, provided subject matter expertise, and developed training materials. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University, complemented by studies at the University of Louisville and Tennessee Temple University.
