Wes Daniels

Wes Daniels currently serves as the Lead Senior Director of Advancement at the University of South Carolina College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management since September 2023. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Wes has been with the University of South Carolina since March 2015, initially as the Director of Gift Planning and subsequently as the Senior Director of Gift Planning, focusing on the coordination of planned gifts. Prior roles include serving as the Director of Major Gifts and Capital Campaigns at Coker College from December 2007 to March 2015 and as the Director of Marketing and Promotions at Charleston Southern University for a year in 2007. Wes began professional work as an Enrollment Counselor at Charleston Southern University, where service extended from March 2004 to September 2006. Wes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology from Coker University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
