Seyed Mostafa Razavi

Seyed Mostafa Razavi, MD, currently serves as the Neurology Chief Resident and Neurology Resident at the University of South Dakota since June 2023. Razavi is the founder of MedColorNotes, a role held since February 2019. Previous experience includes a Pre-Residency Fellowship at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center from December 2022 to June 2023, and various positions at Prime Healthcare as CDS Lead and Clinical Documentation Improvement Coordinator from September 2021 to November 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Clinical Observer and Researcher at Good Samaritan Hospital and Stanford Children's Health, respectively, as well as a Research Associate at Minimally Invasive Surgical Solutions. Razavi completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine and holds a Doctor of Medicine from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, with ongoing education for a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of South Dakota.
