Keri Becker

ADA at University of South Florida

Keri Becker is currently the ADA at the University of South Florida. Keri has previously worked as a Graduate Academic Advisor at National Louis University from April 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Institutional Director of Student Services at Argosy University from November 2006 to February 2019. In this role, they oversaw all facets of the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal laws, policies, and regulations including FERPA. Keri also developed short- and long-range vision for the department and led staff in implementation of plans. Other responsibilities included overall responsibility of the Student Services Department budget, being an Executive Committee member and campus leader providing advice and counsel to the Campus President, serving as the university leader and expert in creating, updating, and enforcing institutional policies and procedures, and supervising the Academic Advisors, Campus Registrar, and Orientation Facilitators. Additionally, they directed change management processes to drive improvement in enrollment and retention. Finally, they executed data management, statistical analysis, and enrollment reporting requests from the Campus President and forecasted continuing student plan with 95% accuracy and reported student enrollment each term.

Keri Becker holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Argosy University Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
