Russell Clayton

Russell Clayton, Ph.D., is an accomplished Associate Professor of Instruction in Business Administration at the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business, where teaching focuses on MBA and MS programs. In addition to their academic role, Russell serves as the Manager of Operations at the TGH-USF People Development Institute and has founded Coastal Coffee Company in Tampa Bay, Florida. With a strong background in talent development as an independent consultant, Russell collaborates with several organizations, including MindVue and CEO Effectiveness. Previous academic positions include tenured Assistant Professor of Management at Saint Leo University and UNC Asheville, following a significant career in major gifts fundraising for various universities.
