Donna Haynes

Donna Haynes serves as the Regional Head of International Recruitment and Partnerships at the University of Southampton since 2014, overseeing the International Office's activities in South and Southeast Asia to support the university's international strategic goals. Prior to this role, Donna was the Country Development Manager at the University of Southampton from 2010 to 2014, where responsibilities included student recruitment and partnership development in Turkey, Russia, CIS, and Central Asia. Previous experience includes positions such as International Marketing Manager at the University of Bedfordshire and English Language Editor at RIA Novosti. In various roles at the British Council from 2000 to 2007, Donna managed educational promotions and led EU projects for professional training in Russia. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Russian Studies from the University of Nottingham and several professional certifications in marketing and coaching.
