Hao Dong

Hao Dong is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Southampton, where responsibilities include serving as the Business School PhD Liaison Officer and Web champion. As Director of Strategy & Collaboration, Hao was awarded the Vice-Chancellor's Award in 2022, leads the MBA Programme, and co-investigates a significant research project on digital transformation in project management. Additionally, Hao holds roles as an International Strategy Officer with the British Academy of Management and a Visiting Professor at Universidade Federal do Paraná, supervising PhD candidates. Previous experience includes honorary and research associate roles at the University of Exeter, founding Isca, and serving as an ambassador for the Forest School Association in China. Education includes a PhD from the University of Exeter and a Master's degree in Research from the same institution, along with studies at Cornell University.
