Julia Joyce

Julia Joyce is a seasoned professional in business change management and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Business Change Consultant at the University of Southampton since January 2025. With extensive experience that began in 2003 at the University of Bedfordshire, Julia has held various roles, including Business Change Manager at both the University of Southampton and Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, and Business Change Lead at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK). Julia has also contributed to strategic initiatives at easyJet and Third Stage Consulting Group, focusing on organisational change and ERP implementation. In addition to a background in project management, Julia co-owned the e-commerce business Hey Sailor, demonstrating versatility in both business and marketing. Julia holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
