Sara Dixon

Sara Dixon has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as a Quality, Standards and Accreditation Adviser at the University of Southampton since August 2008, where a focus is placed on providing expert advice on programme validation and the external examiner process, alongside the development of the Quality Handbook. Previously, Sara held the position of Faculty Team Lead in Curriculum, Quality Assurance, Common Learning, and Placements within the Faculty of Health Sciences. Additionally, Sara served as a Student and Academic Services Manager and was a member of the Board of Trustees for the Association of University Administrators from 2005 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from The Open University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
