Vasilis Gkogkidis

Vasilis Gkogkidis is an experienced academic and creative professional currently serving as an Associate Tutor at the University of Southampton, where project management is taught to undergraduate students, and has received a nomination for the VLE teaching awards. Vasilis has a background as a Doctoral Researcher, focusing on co-creating learning games for management education, and has also been involved as an Associate Researcher at the University of Sussex on project success conditions. Concurrently, Vasilis co-owns Submersion Records, an independent record label dedicated to the Greek ambient and experimental music scene, while also working as a Junior Graphic Designer at Global Concept. Additional experience includes roles in gamification training, conference organization, and teaching computer science and business management across various educational institutions. Vasilis holds multiple degrees, including a PhD from the University of Southampton and a master's degree from the University of Brighton.
