Ashish Babu

Ashish Babu is a Project Scientist at CGARD, a collabrative center established on behalf of Indian Government and Government of Madagascar.The aim of center is to develop madagascar with the help of technologies like remote Sensing and Geo informatics. Ashish has also worked as a GIS Technician at Kerala State Land Use Board and as a GIS Intern at Kerala State Electricity Board.

Ashish Babu has a Master's Degree in Geoinformatics from the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management-Kerala. Ashish also has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University Institute of Technology,Pirappancode. In addition, they have certifications from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in Geo-spatial Applications for Forest Ecosystem Analysis, Artificial intelligence for earth observation and geodata handling and processing, Overview of Geo processing using python, and Application of Remote Sensing and gis for Natural Resources.
