Jingchen Yang

Lucy Yang is an accomplished editorial intern at Harper's Bazaar and a staff writer for 澎湃新闻 The Paper, both positions held since June 2023. Active in the journalism field, Lucy also wrote for The Occidental from January to June 2023 and contributed to Slapstik Comedy Magazine and MXDWN.COM as a writer and breaking news journalist, respectively. Positioned as a fashion model with ONE Management and LongTeng Models since early 2022 and 2021, Lucy brings a unique blend of creative and analytical skills, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs and Writing, earned at Occidental College between 2019 and 2023. Lucy's involvement with AAJA-Asia adds to a rich professional background that includes marketing and academic experience as a teaching assistant.
