Lori Smith

Lori Smith serves as the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Professor of Accounting at the University of Southern California since 2011. Smith also worked as an Independent Consultant from 2009 until May 2023 and held the position of Executive Director at the Forum for Corporate Directors from 2012 to 2019. Smith contributed to the American Cancer Society as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Division from 2004 to 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Deloitte & Touche from 1997 to 2009, Director of Accounting at Bergen Brunswig Corporation from 1993 to 1997, and Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1986 to 1993. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from the University of Southern California.
