Stacy Giwa currently serves as the Interim Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Equity, and Compliance at the University of Southern California, a position held since November 2018, where leadership focuses on enhancing HR, equity, and compliance programs. Previously, Stacy was the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance/Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing the university's ethics and compliance initiatives. Stacy's extensive background also includes serving as Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Southern California Edison, where responsibility encompassed the development and implementation of the corporate Ethics and Compliance Program. Additional roles at Southern California Edison include Deputy Ethics and Compliance Officer and Director of Human Resource Client Services, alongside experience as a labor and employment attorney. Stacy holds a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law, earned in 1993.
