Elaine Furnivall

Elaine Furnivall is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Organisational and Staff Development Services at the University of St Andrews since February 2022. With a career spanning several decades, Elaine has also held the position of Director at Aviour Ltd, a consultancy specializing in psychology and management solutions, since 2004. Previously, roles included Learning & Development Capability Manager at Edinburgh Napier University and Tutor/Coach at the Institute of Directors.
