Lauren Waling

Lauren Waling, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, currently serves as a faculty member at The Manual Therapy Institute since October 2022 and as a business owner at Achieve Movement Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab since January 2021. Additionally, Lauren holds a position as a faculty assistant at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and has extensive experience as a physical therapist and center therapy director at Concentra. Previous roles include clinic director at Aries Physical Therapy and physical therapy clinical experience at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. Lauren began her career as an exercise specialist at Olympic Physical Therapy. Academic credentials include a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, a fellowship from the Manual Therapy Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Washington University.
