Esther Germann

Esther Germann is a professional user experience architect with extensive experience in higher education and communication. Currently at Universität St.Gallen (HSG) since March 2018, Esther has held multiple roles including Kundenberaterin LMS, Leiterin Studierendenkommunikation PRS, and Web-Content-Manager. Prior to this, experience at ZHAW Angewandte Linguistik from October 2015 to August 2017 involved project coordination in a project aimed at establishing a Swiss center for barrier-free communication. Additionally, work as a student project assistant was completed at the Lehrstuhl für Sozialpsychologie und Hochschulforschung, ETH Zürich, from October 2011 to June 2015. Esther's academic credentials include a Master of Science FHGR in User Experience Design from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons, a Certificate of Advanced Studies FHNW in Usability and User Experience, a Master of Arts in English Literature and Multilingual Text Analysis, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Zurich, along with a Kantonale Maturität from Kantonsschule am Burggraben St. Gallen.
