Fabian Buesser

Fabian Buesser currently serves as a Guest Lecturer in the Master of Business Administration program at Universität St.Gallen (HSG) since March 2021. In addition, Buesser will assume the role of Managing Director for Switzerland at Chaberton Professionals from September 2023 to November 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Michael Page from July 2019 to September 2023, where Buesser held positions as Director, Co-Head of the Zurich Office, and Chairman of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee. Earlier roles at Michael Page involved establishing a new business presence in Basel while overseeing team recruitment and business development. Buesser's career began as a Tax Consultant at Gasser Wepf & Partner AG and included a role as a Personal Assistant at Ahli United Bank in Kuwait. Educational credentials encompass ongoing studies in Organizational Leadership at IMD, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
