Felix Horber

Felix Horber is an experienced legal and corporate governance professional currently serving as a regular lecturer at the Swiss Board School and as Chair of the Board Secretary Chapter at the Swiss Institute of Directors, both since January 2024. Horber also holds the position of President of the Advisory Board at Nimbus AG and is a lecturer in law at the University of St.Gallen since January 2020. With a long-standing judicial background as an Ordinary High Judge on a part-time basis at the Obergericht Zug, Felix has extensive corporate experience, having worked as a Special Advisor to the Chairman at Swiss Re and holding various senior legal roles at UBS from 1993 to 2007. Additionally, Felix was involved in local governance as President and Vice President of the Zug municipal parliament from 1986 to 1998. Felix Horber's academic qualifications include degrees from the University of St.Gallen and the University of Zurich.
