Oliver Henrich is a Research Software Engineer and Associate Professor at the University of Strathclyde since July 2017, previously serving as a Lecturer, Chancellor's Fellow, and EPSRC Research Software Engineer Fellow. Prior to this role, Oliver Henrich worked as a Computational Scientist and Research Software Engineer at the University of Edinburgh's School of Physics and Astronomy from 2012 to 2017, collaborating with the Centre for Numerical Algorithms and Intelligent Software and EPCC, focusing on computational simulations in soft condensed matter and complex fluids. Additional experience includes positions at EPCC as an EPSRC Research Software Engineer Fellow and NAIS Fellow, as well as postdoctoral research roles at University College London and the University of Edinburgh. Oliver Henrich holds a PhD in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Konstanz and an MSc in Physics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
