Vanesa Serafini

Vanesa Serafini serves as LLM Module Leader and Instructor at the University of Sunderland and as Associate Law Lecturer for LLB at Arden University, both since February 2022. Additionally, Vanesa has held the role of Dissertation Supervisor (Policing) and Law Assessor at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David since October 2021, and works as a CIPD Tutor since January 2016. As Managing Director at VSHR since April 2012, Vanesa provides bespoke learning and development and human resources solutions. Previous HR positions include Head of Human Resources at Peyton & Byrne Ltd, Head of HR UK at DO&CO, Group Human Resources Manager at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and Human Resources Manager at Nobu London Restaurants and Mosimann's. Vanesa's educational background includes a Master of Laws from The University of Law, a Level 5 Diploma from CIPD, and a forthcoming Master's degree in Education and Technology from UCL.
