Kat Mack

Kat Mack currently serves as the Head of Engagement at Surrey Research Park since February 2024 and has been an integral part of the University of Surrey since January 2019, holding roles as Enactus University Adviser, Student Enterprise Manager, and Associate Lecturer within the School of Hospitality and Tourism, Events Management department. Prior to these positions, Kat was the Charity Events Co-ordinator at Kelly's Storage from September 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included organizing significant sporting events for local charities. Kat's earlier experience includes serving as Youth Services Manager and Hampshire Project Officer at Disability Challengers from August 2011 to August 2015, and as Children's Services Manager at Link Leisure from January 2006 to December 2010. Kat holds a BSc in Psychology with Biology from the University of Leicester.
