Sofie Voss

Sofie Voss currently serves as the Head PhD Representative for the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences at the University of Surrey, where efforts focus on enhancing the postgraduate research experience for doctoral researchers. With a background that includes roles such as Assistant Researcher leading a scoping review on water conservation and a Doctoral Researcher conducting impactful experiments with Radisson Hotel Group and Hilton Hotels, Sofie has a strong emphasis on sustainability and behavioral research within the tourism sector. Previous experience includes positions as a Strategy & Growth Manager, PhD Placement Policy Advisor with the UK Government, and various roles in academia and hospitality, demonstrating a commitment to developing academic and professional communities. Sofie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and an ongoing education at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
