Majid Hafezparast

Majid Hafezparast is a Professor of Molecular Neuroscience and a Reader in Human/Mammalian Molecular Genetics at the University of Sussex, where tenure has spanned from September 2003 to the present. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Neurology, University College London, from 1998 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Sussex (1990-1993), an Honour's degree in Biochemistry and Physiology from King's College London (1987-1990), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from the University of Sussex (2003-2005).
